얼마전에 TV에서 광장시장 고향칼국수 사장님이 나오시길래 얼마나 반갑던지요. 제가 자주가는 고향칼국수집입니다. 칼국수를 주문하면 그자리에서 바로 썰어서 내어주는데요. 다른 것보다 칼국수 면이 정말 부드럽습니다. 그리고 지금 보시는 사장님이 무척이나 친절하시고 외국어를 몇개국어를 하시는지도 잘 모르겠습니다. 우리나라 사람들에게는 어서오세요 하시고, 영어도 잘하시고 일어도 하시고, 중국어도 잘 하십니다. 정말 대단하신 고향 칼국수 사장님이십니다.
